Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status on your shipment.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How long will delivery take?

For EMS delivery, it takes about 5 to 7 days after we confirm the shipment, while DHL takes about 5 to 6 days. Please allow for some circumstances that may extend delivery by 3 days, with delivery taking approximately 10 days in total.
